Responsibilities

1. Responsible for overall liquidity for the assigned countries or region
2. Proactive management of surplus cash with short-term investments within delegated authority
3. Provide guidance to cash management activities such as capital structure, dividend repatriation, investment and debt decisions as well as identification and mitigation of any risks related to regular operations or project related activities, cash flow planning, treasury policies compliance and bank account management
4. Manage intercompany funding and settlements through effective cross functional coordination.
5. Liaise and negotiate with banks on banking requirements such as banker’s guarantees, opening/closing of bank accounts and bank mandates, including KYC and annual banking review
6. Manage and resolve banking and cash management issues for assigned countries or regions by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
7. Streamline the banking structure to optimise the availability of funds more efficiently to the group
8. Assist in digitalization efforts and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, optimize costs, and strengthen risk management practices.

Requirement

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Headquarter/Regional Corporate Treasury Department: Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing treasury operations within a corporate setting, with a strong focus on cash management and transactional banking. Have experience in managing treasury functions at a regional or headquarters level.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field: Possesses a good academic background in relevant disciplines. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant treasury certifications, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development.
3. Thoroughly acquainted with treasury products, systems and processes: Strong knowledge of treasury products, systems, and processes, particularly in cash management. Proficient in utilizing treasury systems to drive process optimization and efficiency.
4. Analytical and detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills: Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with exceptional problem-solving abilities to handle complex financial situations effectively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey financial concepts clearly. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Initiative-driven with adeptness in prioritization and working under pressure: Self-motivated and initiative-driven, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

Job Description

-Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

-Proactively engage customers and build good rapport through understanding of students and their progress development.

-Engage in effective sales pitch through familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programme.

-Support management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales.

-Plan, organise and communicate to customers on the various programme and campus events.

-Serve as customer’s main point of contact and manage communication platforms.

-Responsible for customer enquiries, student enrolment and post-sales services.

-Coordinate class schedule and arrange for replacement teachers when necessary.

-Monitor student attendance and follow up to arrange for makeup lesson.

-Perform administrative duties including maintaining ERP, student records and tracking withdrawals.

-Share expertise and provide guidance to direct report.

-Motivate and work as a team in the achievement of service excellence and centre targets.

-Liaise with landlord on updates.

-Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director.

Qualification:

-Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

-Sales experience in industries such as beauty, cosmetics, or retail services is highly desirable. -Fresh graduates with a strong sales acumen are welcome to apply.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Formulate and recommend policies, objectives and long-range plans to ensure the most effective operation of field sales activities. Disseminate and ensure compliance with approved policies, objectives and plans.
• Prepare annual/quarterly budgets and assist Marketing Department in preparation of key marketing strategies, sales forecasts by product and district. Supervise the development of sales estimates, review and approve forecasts.
• Plan, control and direct activities of the field operations to obtain maximum sales volume and required Company standards of quality, service and cleanliness and to develop maximum sales potential and profitability from operators.
• Oversee store repairs and maintenance program to ensure provision for efficient and effective preventive and breakdown maintenance in minimizing disruption to restaurant operations.
• Oversee the Quality Control upgrading of all food and related products in the Operations Department and also produce and process research and development programs.
• Report on operating results, comparing actual performance with budget and established ‘objectives’. Recommend and implement corrective profit action as required.
• Participate in and, where appropriate, initiate investigation and planning associated with market development (new restaurant built, image enhancement, relocation), restaurant design/layout and equipment evaluation.
• Ensure that all customer communications are promptly and accurately handled and that appropriate and timely actions on customer service problems are taken.
• Liaise with and ensure that all service functional areas provide required support to restaurant operations in achievement of the Department’s objectives (Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Shop Development, Training, and Quality Control).
• Plan and direct changes in staffing and reporting relationships in conjunction with Human Resources Department. Lead, motivate and develop current operations workforce in order to achieve the Department’s objectives. Ensure that all personnel fully understand their accountabilities and that they have the authority and expertise to achieve them.
