The co is a dynamic and innovative firm that looks to bring onboard an energetic, smart and motivated individual who has a keen interest in the operational due diligence function.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Due Diligence Review:

• Conduct operational due diligence on private equity fund managers, their funds and co -investment opportunities by evaluating their operational infrastructure, internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Review and assess the relevance of findings raised in the operational due diligence reports prepared by third party information providers.
• Provide an assessment of private equity fund managers, their funds and co-investment opportunities’ operational due diligence posture and provide a recommendation to the firm’s Operational Committee and Investment Committee regarding the investment opportunity, as well as any relevant findings.

2. Ongoing Monitoring:

• Maintain and enhance the firm’s framework for conducting operational due diligence on private equity managers, funds and co-investment opportunities.
• Track outstanding issues arising from operational due diligence and work with the investment team for updates on these issues on a periodic basis.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in operational due diligence.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the investment team to engage private equity fund managers to gather necessary information and resolve any due diligence-related issues.
• Participate in meetings with prospective and existing fund managers, where required, to discuss operational practices and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in operational due diligence, with a focus on private equity funds. Prior experience in internal audit and assurance of private equity funds are also welcome.
• Good understanding of private equity fund structures, investment strategies, and operational processes, particularly those of managers in Europe and North America. Job Responsibilities

Asset Management System Development:

• Design and develop core modules of the crypto asset management system, including asset allocation, portfolio management, and performance analysis.

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in computer science, financial engineering, mathematics, or related fields.

Work Experience:

• Over 3 years of experience in fintech or asset management system development, with a preference for those with experience in the crypto industry.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Go, Rust, Python) with experience in distributed system development.
• Familiar with database design and optimization (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching technologies (e.g., Redis).
• Familiar with on-chain data interfaces (e.g., Etherscan API, The Graph) and exchange APIs (e.g., REST, WebSocket).

Industry Knowledge:

• Understand business scenarios of crypto asset management, including portfolio management, performance evaluation, and risk control.
• Familiar with mainstream crypto asset classes (e.g., spot, futures, DeFi LP, staking) and related protocols.

Comprehensive Abilities:

• Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, able to quickly respond and resolve complex technical issues.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, able to efficiently advance in cross-team projects.
• Experience in smart contract development, familiar with Solidity or Rust is preferred.
• Understanding of DeFi protocols (e.g., Aave, Compound, Curve) and their mechanisms.
