We are looking for a Management Trainee to join our dynamic team at our food court in the East. As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to various aspects of food court operations and gain hands-on experience in managing daily operations, customer service, and staff coordination. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in food service management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily food court operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise and coordinate with food court staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist in stock management and ordering of supplies.
• Help with scheduling and rostering of staff shifts.
• Support the implementation of safety and hygiene standards.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports.
• Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
