Your role as a People Programme Management Intern will influence the goals of the People team. The team strives to revolutionise People Operations the same way that Grab has revolutionised transportation and food delivery.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will build important assets, implement project plans and change management deliverables.

Role Review

The incumbents will report to the IPM Director and play a pivotal role in identifying and executing strategic investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Corporate Transaction Support:

• Support in pre-transaction assessments activities, including market screening, business case and feasibility analyses, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide transaction support through due diligence support/review, handle transaction structuring, perform valuation analysis, and oversee risk registers.

Requirements

• At least 10 years in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or Big Four firms, with a focus on strategy, M&A, corporate finance, and accounting.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully facilitate and managed complex transactions from initiation to completion stage preferably in the Oil and Gas/Petrochemical/Energy Transition/ Infrastructures space
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related fields like engineering, economics, mathematics, or law. Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CA, CVA, or CFM) are preferred.

• At owner's discretion, markets the property, showing space to prospective tenants. Coordinates tenant move-ins and move-outs, and "walks-through" spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department.
• Acts as key contact with property owners to ensure that objectives as being met. Prepares and delivers timely, accurate and complete reports.
• Develops and controls annual budgets for operating and capital expenses based on operating knowledge of the property/portfolio. Forecasts management plans and prepares monthly performance, explaining variances.
• Collects rent and pays expenses in compliance with lease terms. Obtains account receivable aging reports and independently initiates procedures to address tenant delinquencies. Prepares all required legal notices. Recommends and coordinates legal action as necessary.
• Develops business relationships through membership and participations in professional, industry/trade and civic organizations.
• Execute all areas defined as part of the Real Estate Manager job description duties in the absence of the Real Estate Manager.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience and/or training.
