The incumbent will be responsible to develop a volunteer management strategy and framework to foster strategic and sustainable collaborations with individuals and corporates to support the Foundation’s vision and mission. Key Responsibilities

Planning and Operations

• Develop a robust framework including recruitment and retention strategies, and risk management

Key Requirements

• Minimum Degree in related fields with 5 - 8 years of working experience and track record in volunteer management from planning to operations, and preferably with working knowledge in marketing and communications
