The role requires a strategic leader with strong experience in the construction and façade industry, particularly in curtain wall technology, and proven expertise in managing complex projects, teams, and partnerships. The General Manager will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, expanding market share, and fostering innovation within the company’s product and service offerings.

• Strategic Leadership & Business Development:Develop and implement business strategies to drive the growth of the curtain wall business, focusing on innovation, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

• Prepare regular progress reports & S-Curves as required
• Prepare monthly reports including Float/Gap analysis, Manpower Planning and Cost reports.
