• To support the further development of Analytics as a discrete offering by the team to support existing agency content offerings.

Sales & Operations

• Refine sales proposition and supporting processes for delivery.
• Retain clients and identify within your current portfolio upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Work with the Director, SEO to create sales proposals and support RFPs with tangible data references, where appropriate.

What you’ll bring:

• Candidates with a minimum of 3 yrs. of core SEO experience
• Actively pursues excellence while driving for efficiency
• Constantly seeks to learn more, primarily in order to do more
• Sees the big picture, yet pays attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy
• Plays well with others in a collaborative environment, and can still be responsible for your own work output, forging ahead when the situation demands a hands-on approach
• Keen to deliver to a set timeline and manage priorities accordingly.
• Client Account Management and Project Management
• Content Creation & Optimisation
• Web Analytics (installation/configuration/analysis) esp. G.A.
• Fluency in written and spoken APAC-specific languages (ie: Vietnamese, Indonesian or Japanese, etc)is a plus

Any kind of expertise in any of the following areas would be preferable:

• Conversion Optimisation (CRO/LPO)
• Exhibit advanced grasp on JavaScript, CSS and HTML put together and their impact on page performance and content delivery.
• Adapt with API use and curious about data.
• Well-experienced with Omniture/Google Analytics set-up and configuration.
• Experience with use of Python

Responsibilities:

· Help to lead architecture design and execution throughout the project cycle.

· Oversee progress of on-site work ensure project is built according to design plans and resolve any issues that may arise.

· Work with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure that the building plan meet the

necessary building codes and regulations.

· Ensure key deadlines are met and staff are working together effectively

· May manage various groups of architects, technicians and/or specialists.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Architecture or related fields

· Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience

· Being registered with Singapore Board of Architects would be an advantage

· Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices

· Conversant with local code and regulations

· Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures

· Ability to lead a team

· Experience in Public Housing Project

· Good leadership and communication skill
