• Supervise and train AV crew
• Operation of all audio-visual equipment with the aim to provide high quality technical standards
• Setup and teardown of AV equipment, led wall at events
• Setup, program and teardown of analog and digital audio mixer at events
• Setup and teardown of lighting at events
• Serve as sound and lighting technician for events
• Ensure that the audio-visual equipment is tested and in correct working order before use at an event
• Investigate equipment faults and recommend actions to rectify
• Maintain audio visual equipment including routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of video and audio equipment, LED video wall, wireless technology, computers, projectors, and video conferencing equipment
• Coordinate integration with specialty audio visual equipment as needed
• Responsible for cord management & safe set up and dismantle
• Provide regular feedback to Company on communication issues and service improvements
• Liaison with project manager regarding the exact audio-visual requirements for events. This will include assistance with PowerPoint presentations, audio and video conferences

Roles & Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Plan and execute pre-event and post-event operations meetings

Liaise with venue management to ensure events are properly staffed

Produce detailed proposals for events (timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets)

Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel)Itinerary planning, reservations, and booking

Provide on-site support for events

Monitor event activities to ensure the client and event attendees are satisfied

Generate and collate invoices for payment to vendors

Certain administrative work will be expected

Preparing and operating AV equipment including TVs, sound systems, projectors etc.

Set up and tear down of all audio visual equipment in a timely manner.

Coordinate with clients on requirements during and before setup.

Ensuring customers are satisfied with the setup of all equipment.

Routine check and testing of AV equipment before and after each event, and rectify issues.

Warehouse management

Laying of electrical cables and any AV cables.

Assist with logistics set up for all events.

Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve personal performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and product marketing strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement.
• Lead social media content strategy to boost awareness, conversions, and engagement.
• Plan, storyboard, and create short video content for marketing campaigns.
• Build and manage partnerships with influencers, media, brands, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize visibility and achieve targets.
• Host livestreams for product launches and sales, engaging directly with the audience.
• Work with eCommerce and trade marketing teams on brand campaigns and product launches.
• Write compelling content for social media, blogs (SEO-optimized), and newsletters.
• Generate monthly reports on brand and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of 360 marketing experience (PR, communications, digital marketing), ideally in FMCG or beauty.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about social media trends (TikTok, Instagram), with skills in short-form video content creation and hosting livestreams.
• Familiarity with WordPress and blog content creation is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently and in teams.
• Strong aesthetic sense, with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator or online editing tools like Photopea preferred.

The Clinic Manager (CM) will run the assigned clinic under the direction of Director, Operations or any of the delegated authority. The CM will manage an onsite team that support the practicing doctor(s) in the provision of care to our patients, ensuring the overall smooth daily operations of clinic business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manpower:

• Manage clinic staff roster & manpower, with reasonable and fair planning of their work involvement in support of the business
• Request for hiring (where applicable)
• Annual staff appraisal

Expenses and financials:

• Manage clinic expenses, such as, but not limited to; excessive inventory, consumables, expiring drugs, wastages, utility
• Ensure all patient billings and invoices are accurate
• Ensure clinic’s daily financial settlement is done properly, and all takings for the day are accurately accounted for

Work standard:

• Manage staff to deliver customer service excellence and patient satisfaction
• Ensure regular stock-taking is done accurately, based on the agreed frequency
• Manage teammates’ overall work performance, such as, but not limited to; punctuality, accuracy of work, team player

Clinic and suppliers:

• In discussion with reporting officer, execute plans for minor repairs, furniture replacement or any facility needs
• Ensure regular preventive maintenance of equipment and air conditioning servicing in clinic

REQUIREMENT:

• Registered with Nursing Board
• At least a Diploma in Nursing
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Prior experience in the O&G field will be advantageous
