Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries about our Phonics and Math programmes, both in person and through online platforms
• Update the student attendance system and maintain accurate records
• Process school fees through our digital systems
• Upload weekly class photos and curriculum slides onto the online portal
• Assist in planning and organizing SkillsFuture training courses
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized environment at the center

Working Hours:

• Mondays: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Tuesdays: ½ Day, either AM or PM off)
• Fridays: 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM
• Saturdays & Sundays: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Off Days: Wednesdays and Thursdays

- Project site located at NUS

- Must be registered with IES and with valid RTO's certificate

- With minimum 5 years' RTO site supervision experience with structural and architectural works

- Supervision and practical experience in A&A works and institutional projects would be an advantage

- Conversant with local codes and regulations

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To look after worksite environmental, health & safety, carry out site inspections and to engage workers and stakeholders on maintaining good environmental health standards.
• Advise & train workers, staff and site personnel on EHS.
• Responsible for monitoring all activities on site and ensure that all contractors comply with the requirements of environmental compliance.
• Record, compile and prepare HSE reports and submit site environmental control report periodically.

Requirements:

• Registered ECO with NEA.
• WSQ Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
• At least 5 years of experience in the building & construction industry as a Registered ECO.
