Job Description

· Provide support for legal documentation on credit facilities such as preparation of facility letters and other security documents, review of operational aspects of credit facilities, verification of authorised signatures, pre‐checking of conditions precedents and conditions subsequent which are to be performed in collaboration with the Business representatives, Legal Dept and Documentation Financial Markets and International Branches.

· Follow‐up of outstanding legal agreements.

· Responsible for the registration and implementation of credit limits in the bank’s systems.

· Handle loan operations duties, including but not limited to new loan disbursement requests and handle funding requirements and rate‐ fixing, prepare SWIFT Payments, booking of loans, rollovers, repayments as well as collection of principal repayment, interest and fees due under the credit facilities.

· Reporting of past due payments or other anomalies.

· Maintain diary of covenants due, request customers or Facility Agent for the submission of documents required for checking of compliance of covenants.

· Reporting of long outstanding documents and overdue covenants.

· Preparation of reports.

· Monitoring of annual credit review dates and collateral adequacy

· Ensure accuracy in the maintenance of collateral information in both local and Head Office systems.

· Data management and communication of information for HO and local regulatory reporting.

· Adhoc duties and projects as assigned by the Team Lead

Requirements

· 5- 8 years of relevant experience

· Relevant qualifications in business, finance or business administration, or equivalent experience

The HR Assistant and Officer will be involved in the day-to-day running of the office, and be involved in HR general and administration, employee experience and fulltime and internships recruitment and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process of employees from job posting, to coordinating of interviews plus evaluation of candidates.
• Aid in the issuance or renewal of work passes plus the maintenance of employee files and data, employee confirmation and yearly appraisals.
• Help in the recruiting of student interns from the posting of the job descriptions, arranging of interviews to the final offering if the student is confirmed.
• Administer the entire on-boarding process including contract preparation, new hire orientation, logistics preparation for first day reporting, data verification, and P-file creation.
• Aid in the exit process of staff and interns who are leaving including the preparation of clearance documents, handover and removal of such personnel from the company’s attendance system.
• Administer the e-leave system, training database and government grants and claims.
• Administer employee benefits.
• Organize company celebration events, submit insurance claims, and keep track of annual insurance renewals and any other insurance payments.
• Work together with management in terms of adding in new staff and interns to the monthly payroll and removing old staff and interns.
• Contribute to the continuous process improvement projects and new initiatives to support the company's growth.
• Perform general administrative and reception duties including the ordering of pantry items or stationery, welcoming guests,and helping to receive deliveries.

Job Requirements
