Position Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a minimum of 20 years of international experience to lead our operations, drive sales growth, streamline processes, and oversee market expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AI, SaaS, and servicing both commercial and government clients. This is a critical leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with proven hands-on success in scaling businesses across diverse geographies, in early-stage startups and established corporate environments. Proven success in building profitable businesses within SEA, China, and India is critical to this role’s success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Collaborate with the CEO to define and implement the company’s strategic goals.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve operational efficiency and profitability.

2. Sales and Market Expansion:

• Lead initiatives to build and scale sales channels targeting government and commercial clients.
• Drive geographic market expansion, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
• Establish and nurture partnerships that align with business objectives.

3. Operational Excellence:

• Design and refine operational processes to support scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure profitable consulting and sales engagements.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI and SaaS solutions into client operations.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize performance.

4. Team Development and Culture:

• Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams across diverse regions.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as a key liaison between the company and government, corporate, and commercial stakeholders.
• Represent the company in external forums and industry events to enhance its reputation.

Qualifications

· Minimum 20 years of progressive leadership experience with international exposure.

· Proven track record of success in AI, SaaS, and enterprise solutions.

· Experience working with both government and commercial clients, delivering tailored solutions.

· A background spanning early-stage startups and corporate enterprises.

· Exceptional ability to manage diverse teams and drive measurable results in complex environments.

· Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

· MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical guides.
• Set up and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Oversee the functionality of computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Conduct system administration tasks, including software installation, configuration, patch management, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Respond to service issues and handle support requests efficiently.
• Engage in staff training sessions to introduce new technologies and systems.
• Participate in shift work to ensure consistent IT support.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT or a related field.

• Person in charge of the workplace on environmental regulations pertaining to the Environmental Public Health (Registration of Environmental Control Officers) Regulations 1999 Person in charge of the workplace implementation and revision of Environmental Management in the worksite
• Act as an Earth Control Measures Officer (ECMO)
• Establish, update, maintain, and implement the Environmental Management System and Environmental Impact Aspect assessment
• Conduct / Plan site environmental inspection and ensure effective implementation and continual improvement on all environmental matters. Advise occupier of the workplace or other person in charge of the workplace on environmental health problems and recommend remedies to establish a healthy working environment
• Oversee the installation of noise meters at site vicinity and monitoring of construction works noise to ensure it does not exceed the permissible noise levels throughout various stages of construction phases
• Coordinate with external pest control operator visits to carry out fumigation, mosquito oiling and rodent control measures. This is to ensure effective control on site
• Liaising with National Environment Agency & Public Utilities Board (PUB) on environmental issues and other statutory requirements of compliance by sites
• Updates on codes of practice & environmental literature and circulates information to each level of employees

Requirements:-

• To look after worksite environmental, health & safety, carry out site inspections and to engage workers and stakeholders on maintaining good environmental health standards.

• Record, compile and prepare HSE reports and submit site environmental control report periodically.

Requirements:

• Registered ECO with NEA.
• WSQ Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
• At least 5 years of experience in the building & construction industry as a Registered ECO.

Job Description & Requirements

• Assist on site to ensure that all works comply fully with regulatory and client's requirements
• Work closely with Professional Engineers, regulatory authorities and contractors to provide planning, design and supervision leadership not only to solve site problems, but also to ensure timely completion of the Projects
• Responsible for implementing and sustaining the site supervision quality & safety assurance system
• Carry out supervision of structural & geotechnical works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site
• Understand drawings & contract documents in carrying out the works
• Implement the site supervision quality and safety assurance system
• To carry out regular site checks on contractor & ensure compliance with health and work safety in accordance with MOM regulation
• Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as built submissions etc., are well managed

Requirements

• Must be accredited as a Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in projects similar in nature to the projects
• Good supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills, mathematical acumen, time management aptitude and the ability to solve complex problems
