About the position

Credit Control

•Administer the creation, distribution and reconciliation of Accounts Receivables invoices

Job Summary

The Corporate Support Officer plays a clerical and administrative support role in various functional areas, including line operations, human resource management, finance and corporate services, public affairs as well as research and information support. Duties & Responsibilities

What the role involves:

1. Handle ocean import process (communicate with customer, data entry, raise payment voucher, arrange transportation)
2. Arrange payments with Carrier / Co-loader upon receipt of Arrival Notices from Carriers / Co-loaders.
3. Process / input data of incoming shipments in Yunas system.
4. Sending Arrival Notice to customers, and liaise for clearance and delivery instructions
5. Arrange for insurance coverage in required by customers
6. Arrange clearance documents and liaise with transporters for delivery arrangement
7. Follow-up on the arrival of shipment, and delivery process
8. Liaise with customers / carriers / co-loaders if there is any discrepancy to the cargoes upon clearance

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

1. Minimum O level and above

• To manage the loan drawdown process for front office groups - preparation of necessary documents for account opening, loan execution and drawdown
