• Handle all construction contracts.
• Ensure compliance with requirements and provide admin support to project teams.
• Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues.
• Keep comprehensive contract records and documentations.

Requirements:

• ITE and above
• At least 2 years of admin experience in Construction industry.
• Independent, meticulous and has an eye for detail.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparation and analysis of MAS Regulatory Reports (MAS 610, 649, 757, 640, 755, Adjusted Capital Fund Report, BIS Consolidated Returns, Quarterly Reporting for Section 35, Quarterly I&E, Etc)
• Preparation of Daily reports and monitoring of internal/regulatory ratios
• Perform detailed reconciliation of Nostro Account
• Support any additional queries from MAS
• Ensure timely submission of reports and responsible for being in compliance with MAS guidelines and regulations
• Responsible for daily (Core Banking System) closing
• Provide support on ad-hoc assignments and projects

Requirements

• Priority for "Person in expert or familiar with Microsoft Excel"
• Basic knowledge of MAS Regulatory Returns is a must
• Possess at least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the banking industry
• Degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
• Prefer to have good communication, interpersonal skills and attention for details
