Job description

We are seeking a research officer to drive data management and analysis of large-scale biomedical multi-omics and clinical data. The candidate will be expected handle a number of tasks, including curate and QC incoming large-scale multi-omics data, implement and benchmark bioinformatics workflows, perform downstream analysis, develop file catalogues, databases, knowledge graphs and visualization of datasets, and implement international data standards to ensure data interoperability. • Review and maintain site's WSH records.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Safety, Health and Environment Management or other relevant subjects
• Holding Certificate in WSH Coordinator Course/ Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course and/or any Relevant Safety Certificates from any approved institutions will be preferred.
• Registered as Workplace Safety & Health Officer and Environmental Control Officer with at least five (5) years of post-registration and practical experience relevant to the scope of works of the contract.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressures in a fast pace environment.
• Working location at project site office, Pasir Ris.
• 5.5 working days
• Short notice period or can immediately onboard will be advantage.
