• Hands on experience in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills encompassing various areas such as electrical, instrumentation, automation, control, as well as air conditioning and ventilation systems.

The Chief Business Officer will be responsible for developing and executing the Sales & Business Development strategy in the APAC region. The role brings in leadership, vision, and creativity in building sales funnel for products and solutions, converting the funnel into revenue stream. The successful candidate will define and drive high-impact, cross functional strategies, and plans. S/he will engage with key clients to deliver sustainable and future sales and revenue growth. This is a critical leadership role that reports to the CEO.

Business Development:

• Leading efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations

• Evaluating and negotiating business deals, contracts, and agreements

• Accurately forecasting team revenue on a monthly and quarterly basis

Requirements

• Extensive experience in executive sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in business development and strategic planning with 10+ years at an executive level

Responsibilities:

• Identify and rectify control weakness through ongoing review/monitoring of the AML/S/CFT/ABC control framework from group and local regulatory requirement perspective
• Assisting management and Head of AML and Head of Compliance Singapore in their prime responsibility.
• Primarily responsible for KYC and client on-boarding as well as training on this topic
• Conduct AML/CFT training, keep up to date with implementation of new or revised regulations and update bank staff of the same
• Assist in preparation of material for Compliance training, audits and inspections, and investigations where required
• Involvement in ad hoc special work projects as and when required

Requirements:

• Possess Degree with 8-10 years’ experience in general compliance and financial crime compliance in private bank
• Familiarity with Greater China market is would be an added advantage
