Reporting to the Head of HR in Singapore, you will be responsible to

• Provide comprehensive HR support throughout the employee life cycle, including hiring processes, due diligence checks, and pre-employment activities for new recruits.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports, aligning with new regulatory requirements.
• Provide full HR administrative support for onboarding new hires, managing employee personal files, and facilitating the offboarding process for departing employees.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports to Head Office and regulatory bodies.
• Assist in identifying relevant training programs for individuals needing to fulfill CPD and training hour requirements.
• Manage the registration of employee insurances with the designated vendor and address employee inquiries.
• Coordinate with Head Office to facilitate the creation of staff IDs for new joiners and input monthly training hours for employees of the Singapore branch
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as directed by the immediate supervisor.

skills and experience required

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• Minimally 2 years of relevant HR experience within the financial services industry
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of electrical, electronic, electro-hydraulic, and electro-pneumatic automation systems.
• Handle electrical / electronic / electro-hydraulic/electro-pneumatic/ automation equipment failures and carry out fault diagnosis with the aim to resolve the issue.
• Evaluate the planned maintenance schedule for fleet electrical, electronic, electro-hydraulic, and electro-pneumatic automation systems, as well as power generation, backup power sources, and fire detection systems, and then submit the findings to the technical manager.
• Study areas for improvements and modifications on electro/automation system and create methodical recommendations for efficient operation of the vessel.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of onboard sea going vessels experience as an Electrical Technical Officer in oil/gas/chemical tankers or offshore support vessels.
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills encompassing various areas such as electrical, instrumentation, automation, control, as well as air conditioning and ventilation systems.
