• Diploma in Science or its equivalent

• At least two (2) years site supervisory experience in land-based construction related projects for projects that require land-based supervision works.

Job Title: Administration Support Officer

Location: Anglican High School, 600 Upper Changi Road, Singapore 487012
Contract Period: 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025

Working Hours:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Fridays: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Scope of Services

The Administration Support Officer will be responsible for a range of administrative functions, including but not limited to:

1. Personnel Management:Administration pertaining to the movements of personnel.
   Ensure completion of checklists for new staff joining and staff leaving the school/service.
   
2. Data Management:Update the staff list and particulars (e.g., change of address, contact numbers, staff achievements, completed courses).
   Update school achievements, including CCA achievements.
   
3. Logistical Support:Handle logistics for meetings and major school events such as Founder’s Day, National Day cum Partnership Day, and Secondary Four Graduation Ceremony.
   Arrange refreshments for meetings and other required logistics.
   
4. Communication and Correspondence:Check daily incoming mails and dispatch to respective personnel.
   Prepare a guest book for visitors and design & prepare guest books for foreign visitors.
   Prepare momento photographs for foreign visitors.
   
5. Event Planning and Documentation:Design and print programme booklets for events.
   Update school leaders' and the school's calendar of events.
   
6. General Administrative Duties:Conduct general filing and photocopying duties.
   Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Principal/Vice Principal, including maintaining the school organizational chart.
   

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with administrative processes.
