• Keep track of volunteer programme and provide administrative support on volunteer related activities
• Maintain volunteer programme schedule and events calendar
• Assist in matching volunteers’ skills with available roles, help volunteers understand their responsibilities and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with donors /internal staff on the receipt of items with acknowledgement letter
• Assist in data collection, maintain proper filing system, including data management such as data entry
• Work closely with Nursing department to coordinate the selection of residents for activity
• Provide support to ensure the volunteer programme are conducted smoothly
• Assist and support corporate events and frontline service of volunteers

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline
• Diploma in cooperate communication will be an advantage
• Relevant experience in working with volunteers will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting application
• Full-Time position: 5 working days per week (must be able to work on weekends with 2 rest days on weekdays)
• Value added if have Corporate & Community Relations experience

What you’ll do

You'll engage medical/ scientific experts in in-depth medical/ scientific product or disease area discussions, and deliver presentations in a non-promotional scientific context as determined by global/local Medical Affairs plans and in line with the area therapeutic brand strategy. You'll also act as an educational resource to internal stakeholders, providing medical/ scientific knowledge, training, and support to internal stakeholders on AstraZeneca's marketed products and compounds in development.

The role

Your responsibilities

You have:

• A proven track record creating content for social media such as Instagram,Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Proficiency in design/editing software (Photoshop, InDesign, Canva), digitalmarketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM management systems would be anadvantage
• Experience with SEO copywriting & SEM
• A proactive, hands-on mentality

We offer you

A temporary contract from the date of employment until 30 August 2024. Part of the benefits package is a salary of SGD 2,125, monthly transport allowance and 12.5 holidays based on a year contract, 20-hour workweek.
