You will join a team of elite team of FLASH Field Reponse Officers and will be trained to handle the most challenging of situations on the road, rendering assistance, advise and provide professional services to our customers and fleet partners. Working in synchronization with the Control Centre to ensure that our customers and fleet partners are being well taken care of.

You will be proactively assigned to accident related cases within the area of deployment and to assist in lodging of Singapore Accident Statement with our distressed customers or fleet partners. Using the skillset trained by FLASH, you will assist in rendering all the assistance to ensure our customer and fleet partners are supported during their time of distress.

You will be required to:

- Assess the accident scene upon arrival and provide the assistance needed for our customers or fleet partners.

- Remain calm and viligant to ensure that we assist in the investigation for any accident related matters.

- Advising customers and fleet partners on the post accident procedures.

Qualifications

Joining FLASH Field Response Officer:

- Minimum Class 2B license

- Minimum 'N' level / SPM or equivalent

Reporting to the Head of Sales for Asia, you'll gather and analyze data from various sources, using analytical tools to assess cost trends. You'll evaluate pricing strategies, collaborating with teams across finance, procurement, operations, and sales. Your responsibilities include generating detailed reports, monitoring divisional profit performance, and supporting annual planning with accurate data and analysis. You'll present key performance indicators monthly, quarterly, and annually, and play a vital role in developing pricing methodologies. Other tasks involve maintaining price lists, analyzing customer purchasing trends, preparing RFQ/tender requests, and providing fact-based recommendations for growth. Regular meetings with both the Head of Sales and supporting departments will keep them updated on sales and profit metrics. Additionally, you'll share monthly updates with the Country Head, handle weekly sales reporting for subsidiaries, and assist in monthly management meetings. Ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors will round out your responsibilities. The ideal candidate is one who is detailed, analytical and a strong communicator.

Skills and experience required
A recognised degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent with ideally 3 years of relevant experience in regional pricing.

ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Job Description & Requirements

• Process sales and service invoices
• Budget & Forecast
• File and retrieve of documents, records and reports
• Generate & submission of monthly reports on bank reconciliation, sales revenue, ageing, P&L, Cashflow, etc
• Knowledge of AR / AP / month-end closing
• Involve in monthly stock take activities
• Close follow up on outstanding payments by sending regular SOA to customers
• Weekly outstanding payment should be reduced by 90% based on ageing report
• Support general admin and operation duties
• Adhoc accounts/admin duties as per assigned by supervisor

Requirements :
* Min Nitec/Diploma in Accountancy / Business Administration

* Proven relevant 1-2 years working experience
* Able to work independently without much guidance
* Full of initiative, committed, meticulous
* Familiar with accounting software - Autocount
* Computer literate in MS office, outlook
* Prefer candidates who can start immediately

Responsibility

• To supervise the construction works in accordance to the project specifications, construction drawings, and Building Control Acts and Regulations
• To inspect the works to ensure that work is carried out in accordance to the Qualified Person (QP) instruction
• To keep proper site inspection records and accurate records of site progress
• Check drawings and specifications for discrepancies and highlight to QP and Contractor, suggesting possible solutions to prevent delays
• Review contractor’s method statements, highlight discrepancies and inspect works on site to ensure contractor execute works in accordance to approved method statement
• Enforce quality control on site and monitor site safety
• Attend site meeting and coordinate with QP and Contractor with site inspections
• Prepare and submit daily site activities report, and monthly progress report
• Present during all critical structural works such as concreting, fixing of reinforcement, installation and removal of temporary support

Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering, National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS) or diploma
• Registered with IES/ACES as Resident Technical Officer
• At least 5 years relevant site experience in residential / improvement works.
• Experience in HDB's works, LTA projects is a strong advantage
