• Implement company visual merchandising standards and guidelines
• Maintain effective communication links among VM team, store commercial team, marketing team and own team to plan and execute Visual Merchandising concept, store pop-ups, promotional activities and events
• Add value to the Team by sharing market observations, knowledge and connections
• Assist in store & event set-up and other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned

You need to have

• Diploma in Visual Merchandising or equivalent with at least 2-3 years’ experience in fashion retail VM
• Able to work independently and under pressure with tight schedule
• Be open and positive about criticism
• Highly creative with strong fashion and styling sense
