As a Merchandiser, we will rely on you to:

• Analyse customer’s insights, market trends, sales report, product category turnover rate, etc against merchandising strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a creative VM strategy aligned with brand essence
• Assist in planning and implementation of creative marketing collaterals, promotion/event materials, store displays, point-of-sale and signage.
• Collaborate with Retail and Brand teams to plan and develop unique window and merchandise displays, image concept at point-of-sale, signage, impressive promotion/event material and shop/store image development
• Optimize in-store image and visibility of company’s full range of products, through effective categorisation and management of merchandising concepts
• Formulate an SOP to ensure proper execution and optimum utilization of display materials/merchandise at POS in alignment with the Brand’s strategy
• Work closely with retail team to optimise usage of the materials and updating of upcoming activities, campaigns and collaborations
• Identifying of suppliers/vendors; and manage supplier relationships and source necessary props for in-store displays and activations
• Oversee the planning and execution of exhibitions and events from pre-planning to the actual setup Ad-Hoc projects and tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proactive and self-initiative with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent in VM planning software and Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients who can only speak mandarin.

• Process buyers’ orders
• Provide customer service
• Coordinate samples
• Work closely with production on order lead-times, manage day-to-day issues, and ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with suppliers and clients
• Prepare quotations, tenders, purchase orders, delivery orders, data entry, etc.
• Plan delivery schedules

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the garment industry or Diploma in Fashion Merchandising or related field
• Strong communication skills
• Team player, self-driven, and highly motivated
• Meticulous and eager to learn

· Counts, sorts, and checks incoming articles; verifies against requisitions, shipping notices, or invoices.

· Responsible for handling the daily inventory outbound or inbound.

· If stocks arrive on Friday, would need to complete the stocks on the day itself.

· Works with Merchandiser to check inventory periodically to determine reordering needs and verify with records; requisitions standard stock items, supplies, or materials within established limits; notifies designated staff of fast-moving items.

· Places or changes price tags on merchandise; places tags, markers, or labels on product.

· Packs and ships packages according to instructions using boxes, packing materials, and sealing tape.

· Records or documents changes in data.

· Ensure checks to verify stock levels for re-ordering are accurate and appropriate. Update computer system to enable accurate stock levels.

· Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure they can be reconciled.

· Gathers requisitioned supplies, merchandise, or materials and prepares for delivery or pick-up.

· Conducting and assisting monthly stock count.

· Provide Customer service when needed
