Job Responsibilities

Involved in the entire process of software development (i.e. conceptualization, system design/prototype, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, documentation), as well as software product development:

Your main responsibilities will be split into 2 sections:

LB Women’s Apparel

• Manage all aspects of product development and garment construction
• Arrange and run fittings with designers to ensure accurate fit and execution
• Recognising and solving tricky fit problems
• Prepare and send Technical and Fit comments to suppliers
• Accurately measure garments to identify any fit issues
• Execute fit comments in a timely manner to ensure fit process stays in line with production and action timelines
• Approve samples to proceed to the production phase after a thorough evaluation of fit
• Ensure fit consistency across all designs, range, and lines
• Effectively manage and dissect costs to hit targeted margins for the respective lines

Objective:
We are looking for a Field Application Engineer to drive new projects and business pipelines for
FY23/24 growth.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for pre & post sales requirements of Schaffner Power Quality products
(preparing technical documents & commercial proposals)
• Provides technical support to distributors and key account customer for troubleshooting, onsite testing and commissioning
• Provides trainings to distributors and customers to enhance their capabilities
• Responsible for design-in (spec-in) of Schaffner products with the distributor in the appointed
territory and market segments, achieve yearly design-in targets
• Lookout for opportunities to cross out competitor part
• Coordinate PQ Application and On-site Measurement Services in line with the company
strategy
• Maintains good relationship with both end-users, local distributors, external test laboratories
and build customer loyalty through field visits
• Maintenance of existing customers base and achieve development of new potential
customers.
• Effective use of CRM/CAS system to record key activities, including customer visit/call reports
and opportunities
• Able to communicate and work well with internal departments.

Job Requirements:
• Possess fundamental PQ Harmonic knowledge and application.
• Basic knowledge of EMC / EMI compliance is a plus
