Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering enhancements and continuous improvements to ERP and other backend systems
• Transpose user needs into technical programming
• Integrates Microsoft Dynamics-NAV/ Business Central with various platforms like e-Commerce, POS, etc
• Work with Application Manager and System Analysts to meet business requirements
• Source Code and version control
• Develop test plans and cases, as well as, the technical and functional documentations according to the adopted methodologies.
• Participate in Microsoft Dynamics-NAV upgrade programming, data migration and user testing
• Administrate Hyper-V servers and SQL Databases

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or other similar discipline
• Passionate in programming and detail-oriented
• Adaptable and flexible to work independently and in teams
• Minimally 2 years of programming experience in Navision C/SIDE, Transact-SQL is a must
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics-NAV/ Business Central
• Additional work experience in various program languages like Oracle PL/SQL, Java, C++ will be advantageous
• Team Player with great communication skills

• Lead and manage a team of Field Application Engineers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Field Application Engineers in customer engagements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and resources.
• Ensure timely and successful completion of customer projects.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in Field Application Engineering.
• Knowledge in IT networking, data communication, automation systems and server setups are preferred.
• Prior experience in Power System Control or Environmental Control Systems is advantageous.
