• Strong scripting skills for automating tasks and processes;
• Knowledge of application and database performance monitoring tools;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure);
• Exposure to CRM systems, and digital signage/inventory systems.

Responsibilities:

• Handle IT Incidents, Requests, and Escalation processes and troubleshoot and resolve system application problems;
• Provide technical expertise in analyzing and providing the best solution on complex technical issues in a timely and efficient;
• Engage with various teams on resolution and maintain effective communication between stakeholders;
• Manage vendor performance through service level management;
• Enhance existing support process to maintain/improve service level and quality;
• Support audit and compliance-related activities.
