Aidha is an award-winning Singapore-registered charity. Our mission is to provide financial literacy and self-development skills to migrant domestic workers and lower income women to enable them and their families to break out of the cycle of poverty. The Manager will be part of the company’s education and outreach team and will be working closely with producers and outreach trainers, facilitators, and school partners to engage audiences through Paper Monkey Theatre’s Permanent and Special Programmes.

Job scope:

• Offer critical support in planning, researching, and operationalising outreach programmes and workshops.
• Ensure effective communication across all relevant personnel in Paper Monkey as required for projects and programmes.
• Liaising and managing relationships with external stakeholders (such as teachers, parents and other clients).
