As the Project Manager for the Lab, you will be responsible for overseeing a team working on cutting-edge Debonding on Demand (DoD) materials and advanced processing technologies. You will manage projects that synthesize and characterize innovative polymers with controlled debonding capabilities, while ensuring smooth

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coordinate, and manage joint lab projects in the field of DoD materials and processing technologies, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.

- Oversee the design, synthesis, and characterization of advanced polymers with debonding on demand functionality.
