Job Description & Requirements :
Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
Review and execute tender document submission in line with contractual requirements
Evaluate all sub-contractors & vendors technical submissions
Coordinate with consultants on all projects' technical details
Supervise and lead a team of Quantity Surveyors to prepare tender proposals from pre-tender to post-contract stages
Ensure all documentations is accurate and for timely submission
Monitoring construction costing for optimal solutions in line with market conditions
Adhoc duties
Requirement:
Must have HDB project experience
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in General building projects tenders
Proficient and dexterous in tender preparation, authorities submission
Good Interpersonal and communications skills
Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Meticulous with positive work attitude
