We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development roadmap for our LLM Chatbot and AI-driven trading products, from conception to launch and beyond.
• Drive cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, QA professionals, and analysts to execute product development initiatives effectively.
• Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups.
• Lead the Digital product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital products and features.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders prioritize features, allocate resources, and drive digital product development.
• Develop detailed digital product requirements and specifications, including user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Define and track key digital product performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on user feedback and data insights

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful digital product management, with 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Possess proficient knowledge of project management, collaboration, and design tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse user data and derive actionable insights to drive product decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working on digital platforms, mobile apps, or web applications is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools and digital product management software.

• Knowledge or interests in LLM and AI will be advantageous but not a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is to manage the commercial operations of the company’s business in the Southeast Asia/Oceania territory through direct sales and the agent’s and distributor’s sales force as well as to implement the strategy of the company.

Based in Southeast Asia, the Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the General Manager based in Singapore and the Customer Service team. Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the agents and distributors business in the Southeast Asia/Oceania territory.

• To develop, implement, and follow up on the progress of the personal care and/or pharmaceutical business, key projects, and action plans to achieve the sales budget, and objectives in close coordination with the regional technical support, the marketing team, and customer service.

• Prepare annual budget for the Asia Pacific territory and analyze the markets and trends on a quarterly basis.

• Deliver the set objectives.

• Develop good and long-term relations with Technical and commercial team of customers and invite them to visit Gattefosse Technical facility to demonstrate our capabilities and to generate key joint development projects.

Qualification

• Technical degree i.e., Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy. Candidate with an MBA or PhD in the related fields would be an added advantage.

• Minimum 8 years of commercial and technical experience in the cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical industries

• Strong command of the English language; knowledge of one or more regional language is a plus, preferably Korean.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Accustomed to interacting with various levels of management and customers.

• Self-motivated, dynamic, collaborative personality, and a successful track record of sales management, and managing customers project and formulation development in a matrix environment.

• Frequent travel within the Asia territory is a must, and occasional travel to the regional office and the corporate office.

Duties and Responsibilities

Corporate Secretarial Support & Compliance
