4. Responsible to create technical reports for customer

5. Responsible for completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues.

6. Support the engineers in monitoring project deliverables and actively engage where project teams would benefit from technical intervention;

7. To liaise with respective parties on checking of drawings

8. Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main-contractors on all matters relating to the project operation and coordination

9. Provide technical advice and assistance to the overall project team as appropriate including Commissioning and Service.

Requirement:

1. Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering

2. Minimum 15 (Fifteen) years’ experience in Construction field in Singapore.

3. Priority if having experience of Metal structure and all type of facade related works

4. Must be ready to work any time to resolve the project related matter. (even public holiday)

5. Must be able to work in day or night shift (if required)

6. Excellent communication skill

7. Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Head of the site to lead site team to deliver quality services to clients.
• Manage the estate to achieve operations and maintenance at an optimal level
• Build a strong relationship with the team, council members and residents
• Manage term contractors and monitor their service performance
• Keep track and conduct renewal reviews of service agreements and insurance policies
• Manage daily operations in compliance with relevant building regulations and laws
• Attend to feedback and complaints promptly
• Convene and attend council meetings and AGM
• Check financial transactions and prepare an annual budget

Requirements

• Degree in Project & Facility Management, Real Estate or its equivalent qualifications
• At least 5 years of Condominium management experience
• Proficient in critical thinking with adaptability in the workplace
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills
• Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Candidates with experience in TOP projects will have an added advantage
