Job Description/Responsibilities:

• To optimise operations of the asset’s equipment and systems
• To identify, initiate and execute special projects to improve and enhance the asset’s operations
• To attend to tenancy matters such as tenants' requests, feedback and conduct inspection for the handing of and taking over of tenanted premises
• To negotiate and manage effective building maintenance service contracts
• To plan and budget for the development’s operations and ensure that building works are carried out accordingly
• To ensure timely renewal and replacement of term contracts, building and regulatory licenses
• To lead and supervise the Operations team which may include Senior/ Building Executives, and Senior/ Technicians
• To liaise with Government bodies/ Consultants/ Architects/ Contractors on building matters
• Identify, develop and review staff’s training needs, skills and develop staff’s potential for the M&E and Housekeeping Department
• Supervise and uphold company’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance, safety, security and welfare of staff
• To ensure timely submission of Management reports, budget and ad hoc reports as and when assigned
• Any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/management

Key Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
• Certified as Environmental Control Officers for Specified Premise

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the smooth running of restaurant operations
