As a Senior Manager of Global Facilities Module and Subcontract team, you will be responsible for establishing the category strategy and supplier relationships for assigned category.

This Senior Manager role leads global category supplier managers. The team works on a dynamic portfolio of categories and sub-categories including various Module and Subcontract category such as Off-Site-Manufacturing, Modularized system and various Subcontract packages

Team will play a key role to support Micron’s global expansion projects and existing FABs at Micron’s global footprints for both greenfield and brownfield projects.

You will have experience leading global teams and monitor performance metrics to identify and implement continual improvement opportunities.

In this role, you are expected to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders, 3rd party service providers and suppliers across multiple categories and regions, in an indirect procurement leadership role. Build and Execute Indirect Categories

• Work with direct and cross-functional teams to plan strategic sourcing direction for category.
• Recommend targets for spend reduction, sourcing efficiency, supplier management and supply base optimization.
• Define and deliver category cost savings and scorecard metric targets, monitor and report out progress to targets
• Recommend resource levels across Indirect Procurement sourcing categories, projects and functions
