● Manage GMP/Non-GMP change management activities and documentation for improvement initiatives in collaboration with various site functional groups.
● Support engagement communications and activities to internal stakeholders.
● Use of Visual Management tools to provide visibility of project/program status updates.
● Support in reviewing project documentation in adherence to Roche Engineering Manual Lite for expense/capital projects.
● Assist in project coordination and site inspection with internal and external project members.
● Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

● Comply with all RSTO’s Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements, never put oneself and others at safety & health risks, and report any workplace accidents, near misses and hazards as soon as practicable.
● Observe all RSTO’s site security measures at all times, and report any suspicious characters/objects & damaged security mechanisms to Site Security immediately.

Lean Production System:
● Embody PT Lean Production System (LPS), while demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset and behaviors through the use and application of LPS tools for continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
● Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or Science discipline is preferred.
● Fresh graduates/ mid-career professionals who are switching out of other industries.
● Able to and preferably with experience working across different functions within an organization.
● Flexible and adaptable to work with various project teams and contractors on site.
● Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks/priorities and have good communication and organizational skills
● Excellent knowledge and experience in the use of MS Office tools.
● Have customer service skills, attention to details, accurate and thorough.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial & contractual of all projects from pre-tender to post contract phases including quantities, variations, cost estimates, monthly claims, final accounts etc
• Work closely with Project Manager in preparing monthly updated project costing
• Develop suitable subcontract conditions for specific project requirements
• Prepare project budgeting and costing reports
• Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.
• Review of contracts, prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analyses & reporting, measurement etc
• Review sub-contractors claims and materials on site
• Standardize all agreements (e.g. subcontracts and joint ventures) with alignment to contract policy

Requirements:

• Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
• No experience is required, training will be provided
• Strong in arbitration and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding & knowledge of contracts law and its application.
• Preferably well versed in various form of contracts such as PSSCOC, SIA and FIDIC as well as other international form of contracts.
• Preferably conversant in using CostX and/or Glodon Cubicost measurement software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan work schedule, resources (manpower, material, equipment) and execute project
• Regular communication with project stakeholders to coordinate site works
• Execute project in accordance with workplan and construction drawings with no compromise on quality and safety
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a University recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB)
• 3 years relevant working experience
• Willing to learn and have initiative
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
