• Maintain high internal quality control standards for fresh produce through effective quality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on projects from start to finish, including quotation, on-site work, invoicing, and service report.
• Lead technician teams through projects.
• Independently execute engine repairs and overhauls on board and on site.
• Dismantle, repair, replace, and reassemble mechanical parts.
• Troubleshoot and recommend repair solutions for machinery breakdowns.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings with teams, ensuring safe work practices.
• Complete repairs, maintenance, and overhauls on time.
• Deliver high-quality services to satisfy customers.
• Prepare quotations for new inquiries and manage job costs within budget.
• Prepare service reports after project completion.
• Plan job methods and work schedules.
• Communicate with customers to ensure smooth project completion.
• Coordinate with local or overseas agents for job deployment and preparation.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Willing to perform hands-on mechanical repairs, installations, and removals
• Willing to work on-site and in workshops with occasional irregular hours

· Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations:

· Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications:

· Liaising with contractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project:

· Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force:

· Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

· Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.

· Preparing VO and other reports as required.

· Other related duties, as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree , related in Construction
- At least 1 year related working experience in Building Construction

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.

- Willingness to learn & committed to accomplish datelines

• Apply technical knowledge, hands-on and customer insights to operate and administrate a cloud infrastructure
• Ensure all configuration conforms to high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment, aligning to design documentation specifications
• Ability to codify or implement/deploy configurations with the principles of automation by default in new projects with proper documentations will be advantageous
• Ability to codify or maintain cloud systems in an automated fashion using tools like Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform etc with proper documentation will be advantageous
• Participate in Cloud Migrations for VMs using tools like CloudEndure, Azure Migrate with more than 20 VMs migration or Databases would be preferred
• Collaborate with team members to engage clients in operational meetings, discussions, process betterment and contribute to optimisations for the client’s environment
• Maintain technical skills, certifications and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community specifically in the cloud space
• Ability to resolve issues with proper resolution/documentation technically and SLAs is required for this role

Job Description:

• Responsible for planning, managing and ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned from inception to completion within the specified timeframe and of the desired quality.

Requirements:

• Recognized degree in Civil/Structural Engineering by P.E. Board / BCA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design plastics or injection-mold fabrication processes.
• Create and improve injection-mold machinery.
• Analyze manufacturing data and suggest improvements.
• Analyze production and machinery line.
• Ensure quality output of membrane extrusion.
• Develop and design engineered plastic parts, insert molded parts and assemblies.
• Interact with internal customers, suppliers, and internal resources.
• Establish the parameters for an optimal molding environment.
• Design necessary components.
• Ensure environment to make plastics is appropriate.
• Analyze quality control and correct flaws.
• Work with other team members and vendors.
• Review existing validation reports.
• Create new reports and verifications.
• Analyze moldflow, part advisor analysis, finite element analysis, and stress/fatigue analysis on plastics.
• Design hot/cold runner molds.
• Develop 3D solid mold designs.
• Create water diagrams and hot runner wiring schematics.
• Prepare mold-filling simulations.
• Work with SQE to approve new supplier for molded parts, optimize the process at supplier’s manufacturing process.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis and simulation software.

• Knowledge of chemical process engineering and safety regulations.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
