Events Administrator
The PDD team manages the planning and delivery of all educator professional learning workshops, hosting over 10,000 + workshop participants in hotels and schools across each region.
The PDD Events Administrator primarily responsible to support of PDD Events team which includes systems management, material coordination, payment and reporting. Additionally, s/he will support the team on data cleaning and updates, any ad-hoc administrative task. They will also provide administrative support to updating and maintaining a workshop database in Salesforce.
Event Management
• Prepare and pack onsite materials and stationery for scheduled events to be delivered to the venue.
• Collate travel information to populate workshop leaders’ rooming list.
• Assist to send participant list for badges printing for all scheduled face-to-face events
• Assist on sending reminders to requested events’ workshop leaders for attendance list submission.
• Note taking during weekly events meeting.
• Assist on setting up of Zoom account for workshop leader virtual workshop.
• Assist on data clean-up of outstanding vouchers and contact stakeholders to utilise the pass for future face-to-face scheduled events.
• Serve as lead in responding to or reassigning IB Answer’s cases under the Events Specialist’s guidance.
• Maintain updated database on templates for responses to common IB Answer queries.
• Support data clean and administer accreditation process. That include post event survey to Australian participants. Support in providing resources for accreditation process.
• As needed, general event administrative support as assigned by event leads.
