(A) JOB SUMMARY

• Manage daily patient's discharge and preparation of their bills including weekends and public holidays (on rotational basis).
• To coordinate requests for information by insurers, medical concierge prior to admission, inflight and post discharge.
• Establish good working relationship with insurers, medical concierge including medical clinic staff.

(B) PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist to provide bill estimation to insurers, medical concierge and any other information relating to the issuing of a LOG before patient's admission.
• Work with clinic to facilitate insurers issuing a LOG.
• All insurance guaranteed cases must be supported with a LOG from an approved insuers unless otherwise stated without which, the bill must be fully settled on the day of discharge. To advise patient to seek reimbursement from their insurers directly.
• For inflight cases, ensure all documentations provided are in order, the amount covered is sufficient to cover the bill amount otherwise to trigger an email to the insurer to top up the coverage before the patient's discharge.
• During discharge, work with BO and PSC to ensure that non-covered amount such as companion charges, foreign insurers admin fee, room difference (if any) is/are collected before patient's leave the hospital otherwise to ensures some preauthorization amount is obtained from patient's credit card before leaving the hospital.
• Work with PSC and BO staff to manage sending the final bill with interim LOG to the insurer including the discharge summary within a week from date of discharge.
• To assist insurers/medical concierge on requests for reports, summary/detailed bills, discharge summary, etc to facilitate them to process the bills.
• Final LOG will be provided by insurers/medical concierge and to forward it to BO AR team to send final bill to insurers for payment.
• Assist in reviewing workflows and processes on a regular basis.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management.

(C) REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of a polytechnic diploma graduate
• Preferably 1-2 years in a healthcare settings, preferably with some insurance background,
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• A detail oriented and ability to multitask

We are seeking a dynamic, positive and detail-oriented Sales Admin and Office admin to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our website is up to date and supporting our operational needs. If you are passionate about e-commerce and efficient operations, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Product Listing

• Create, edit, update and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy of descriptions, images, colours and prices.
• Stay knowledgeable with latest product design, function and materials.

Sales Admin

• Assist sales personnel with tendering, quotation.
• Assist sales personnel with Document Processing(Specifications, DO, Invoices).
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer’s enquiries from various channels: website live chat, social platform messaging, WhatsApp, telephone, and emails.

Office Admin

• Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company, showroom set up, office supplies, office cleaniless etc.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall business operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent, preferable in Quantity Surveyor background.
• Team player, Independent with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales admin.
• Knowledge of furniture preferred.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with photoshop, AutoCAD, design software, or courses will be provided.

In this role, you will plan intelligent / autonomous systems to support the clinical and operational needs of EGH, aiming to achieve the mission and vision of the new institution in transforming healthcare service delivery. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the smooth operations of the Healthcare Living Lab (HLL) with the Development Secretariat, which is set up to conduct integration testing and trial new technologies. You will engage multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the successful and smooth implementation of these new technologies at EGH. Additionally, you will undertake and lead a team in research and development for the operation of intelligent systems for healthcare.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Computing Engineering
• At least 12 years of relevant experience with exposure at management level, and at least 5 years in software programming/ engineering/integration work
• Team player with excellent planning, analytical and communication skills
• Possess critical thinking skills and willingness to think outside the box
• Able to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions
• Good knowledge of both front-end and back-end designs of products/-systems
• Familiarity with quick prototyping tools e.g. Unity, Wire framing, Solidworks
• Familiarity with management of engineering collaboration platforms e.g SLACK/GitHub
• Knowledge in areas such as

Robotic Platforms

• Familiarity with software development on/with robotic platforms, SLAM, or related fields.
• Experience in the following is preferred:

1. Robot Operating System(ROS), Gazebo, Unity, Linux, OpenCV
2. Robotics perception, LIDAR, object tracking, motion planning, machine learning, sensor fusion and system engineerin
3. Embedded and real-time systems
4. Algorithm development in C/C++, Python. Unix shell scripting

Description:

• Working hours: 5/5.5 Days
• Commitment period: Minimum 6 months (Convertible/Extendable)
• Location: Kallang Pudding Road
• Basic salary : $2290 + Shift Allowance $100

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service hotline across all areas, including answering enquiries, providing information, handling complaints and troubleshooting problems.
• Escalate cases that do not fall within FAQs to the relevant and correct parties.
• Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call-backs to customers if necessary.
• Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve customer satisfaction
• Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
• Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
• Data entry and other ad-hoc duties assigned
