Challenges:

• Answering inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires.
• Coordinate and scheduling appointments for patients and clinics
• To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced.
• To handle front desk duties and registrations of patients.
• Assist with the issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics.
• Submission of insurance and dispensing of medication
• Filing and faxing and assisting with other ad-hoc admin duties

What it Takes:

• Minimum GCE “O” Levels
• At least 2 years of similar experience in the Healthcare Industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, like Word, Excel and Outlook
• Singaporean Only
