*Part-Time Admin Staff Job Description for Insurance Sales Team*
4 HOURS A DAY, 5 DAYS A WEEK!
$10 per hour
As a part-time admin staff member supporting an insurance sales team, your primary responsibilities would include:
*1. Administrative Support:*
- Providing administrative support to the insurance sales team, including tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, distributing mails etc.
*2. Data Management:*
- Assisting with maintaining bookkeeping systems, databases, and records.
*3. General Assistance:*
- Providing general assistance to the insurance sales team as needed, including tasks related to office organization, document preparation, and other administrative duties.
This role would require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Additionally, familiarity with basic administrative tasks and an understanding of insurance policies and terminology would be beneficial for this position.
