Job Responsibilities

· Conduct annual review on counterparty and prepare annual IRS Tax reporting.

· Ensure BAU of custody team including corporation action events, shares conversion, disclosure of ownership and asset transfer.

· Evaluate and identified gap to enhance existing workflow/processes to improve efficiency and operational risk control.

· Ensure timely and accurate processing of corporation action events including but not limited to dividend payments and claims, rights/bonus issue and cash offer for all markets.

· Monitoring corporation action events and shares movements.

· Respond to Trading Representative and relevant stakeholders' queries and requests.

· Comply with internal and regulatory requirements, guidelines, and procedures.

· Ensure documentation in order and accuracy and timely reconciliation of shares.

· Manage timeline and participating in project and system testing as assigned.

· Liaise with external counterparties including Shares Registrar, CDP and foreign custodians for shares custody and corporation action matters.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Finance/Business Management.

· Preferably 3 to 5 years of team lead experience in Corporation Action Events & Custody.

· Adaptable to a fast paced and challenging environment.

· Willing to work on SG public holiday and rotating shifts.

· Working experience in custodian bank would be preferred/plus

The Securities & Derivative Analyst 2 is an Intermediate level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. Responsibilities:

• Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests

Purpose of the Job

- Loading instructions for special loads like heavy and big shipments.

- Ensuring clear loading and buildup instructions.

- Ensure check on export manifest and manage disruptions (i.e. offloads) when needed.

- Control and enforce adherence to the AFLS processes i.e. Queue treatment & creation; flight planning; reassignment of shipments when applicable.

- Organize and steer local trucking operations in case applicable.

· Import:

- Organize arrival manifest’s review for irregularities prior to flight arrival, problems’ anticipation and instruction of third party on necessary actions to alleviate or minimize consequences.

- Organize future flights’ preview for potential conflicts, especially for cargo planned from another station.

· Communication

- Messages with regard to individual shipments, flights and other events must be sent correctly, on time and according to pre-defined procedures to relevant and specified parties.

5. ULD and stock control

· Guarantee available equipment and consumables used for handling.

Elements are:

· Guarantee equipment is monitored by third-party staff, recognize training needs and organize locally

· Ensure ULD stock information is communicated timely and correctly

· Ensure station stock is managed effectively at lowest possible cost

6. Finance and accounting

· Correct and on time handling of invoices in compliance with accounting procedures.

· Ensure GHA performs correct other charges collection procedures.

· Guarantee and/or perform the execution of the initial audit on all invoices for services performed at the station included but not limited to the handling invoice, equipment leases, maintenance, and consumables such as plastic, wood, etc.

· Steer and/or lead any discussion with suppliers on all cost discrepancies.

The responsibilities and tasks of the position are not limited to the above mentioned and change might occur in concert with direct Manager.

Due to the departure times of the most of the SE Asia flights, it will be required on occasions to work outside normal office hours as part of a predetermined roster or even on ad hoc basis. This will be considered as standard practice for the function for which no compensation is granted.

Job Duties:

• An integral role as a recruiter in fulfilling clients' staffing needs

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters

• Conduct Interviews/phone screening and select potential candidates to meet clients' requirements

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Develop connections and new business and relationship management sources with existing accounts

• Engage in networking and building relationships with business partners and jobseekers

• Ensure that the company's objectives and sales targets are met

• Other ad-hoc duties apply

Description / Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree

• Entry Level to Experienced consultants welcome (Multiple positions)

• Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• CEI certified would be an advantage

• Self-motivated, proactive personality, willing to work and achieve goals in a team.
