We are looking for a Finance and Operations Executive who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines. Attention to detail and follow up skill is a MUST.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be working closely with multiple internal team members with the objective of ensuring the purchasing and ticket stocks are at the optimal level and to ensure the smooth flow of the purchasing functions. Essential job functions

Operation Functions:

• Work closely with the Supply and Inventory Team to fulfill purchasing function requirements and ensure inventory are maintained at optimal level
• Working with the CS team to ensure refunds to partners are processed and tickets relating to refunds are properly accounted
• Ensure tickets are received and uploaded and tickets status are updated accurately

Finance Functions:

• Assist Finance Team to verify suppliers’ invoices and to process payments using various payment platforms
• Month end reconciliation and tracking to ensure inventory balances are accurate
• Assist in the preparation of expense claims and verifying these claims before sending for processing

Administrative Functions:

• Purchase of office stationery and miscellaneous items
• Other ad-hoc admin functions as required by superior

Skills and experience

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in inventory management or finance functions
• IT savvy with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and excel within your area
• Able to multi task and work within a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
