· Manage overall show operations’ budgets - ensure show projects are completed within budget.

· Communication: Communicates well both verbally and in writing, creates accurate and punctual reports, delivers presentations, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills.

· Improve customers experience – enhance registration experience. Manage floor plan and develop engaging floor activities. Handle booth assignment process (I.e., waitlists, competitors, membership issues, priority points, etc.). Develop and execute strategies for increasing customers (exhibitors and visitors) satisfaction based on analyses of client satisfaction surveys.

· Project Management: Establishes project goals, milestones, and procedures, defines roles and responsibilities, acquires project resources, coordinates projects throughout company, monitors project progress, and manages multiple projects.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

• 4 - 5 years’ experience in the food and beverage, or related professional area and with leadership experience such as Assistant Restaurant Operations Manager or a current Restaurant Operations Manager, OR
• Degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 – 3 years’ experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area and with leadership experience such as Assistant Restaurant Operations Manager or a current Restaurant Operations Manager
