The Client Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in our rapidly expanding organization, especially as we grow our client base in the food ingredients sector. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Operations, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive ProfilePrint’s business forward.
As a core member of the Client Operations team, you will manage strategic initiatives and execution across multiple touchpoints to enhance the client experience. This includes overseeing account management, cultivating sales pipelines from existing clients, and providing technical insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Portfolio Management: Oversee and optimize the portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring that they realize maximum value from ProfilePrint’s solutions.
Client Needs Analysis: Evaluate and analyse clients’ needs, challenges, and pain points to help them unlock the most beneficial aspects of ProfilePrint’s solution.
Feedback Collection: Gather and share client insights on their experience using ProfilePrint, driving internal improvements in both product development and client support practices.
Client Engagement: Keep clients informed of new product features, modules, and available resources (e.g., help centre articles, videos, tutorials) that could enhance their usage.
Onboarding & Training: Partner with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and optimize training materials, tutorials, and other communication resources.
Service Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve ProfilePrint’s services and provide actionable feedback for internal product enhancements.
Stakeholder Facilitation: Conduct and facilitate meetings with client stakeholders, from C-level executives to operational teams.
Proactive Client Support: Address any client concerns promptly, ensuring swift, effective resolutions to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science and human nutrition, or a related field.
· Prior experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment is essential.
· Experience working in a start-up environment is advantageous.
