$1500 / month + up to $250 cash bonus

6 days/week (Mondays off)

0700 - 1430 daily (O.T. will be paid if required)

Job Description

Perform quality checks on all fresh groceries received (fruits/veg/meats)

Ensure hygienic and accurate packing of fresh groceries

Perform stocktaking and ensure sufficient supplies

Preparation of logistics for next day's work (e.g. filling ice packs)

Other ad-hoc duties

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Ensure compliance with global and regional functional policies with focus on Operational Risk, Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA), Information Security and Records Management.

Position Overview

The IT Security Operations Analyst role’s is to safeguard the organization’s IT systems and data. This role requires the candidate's active participation in the implementation of security policies and procedures, the monitoring and analysis of security events and the maintenance of security tools. Responsibilities

3. Investigate and analyze security incidents to determine root cause and impact.
4. Report compliance failures to management for immediate remediation.
5. Responsible for the effective management of the organization’s Crowdstrike Falcon Admin Console.

• Deploy Crowdstrike Falcon EDR detection agent on all corporate devices.
• Ensure coverage of malware detection for all managed EDR Agent capable devices.
• Migrate existing server agents from alert-only mode to blocking mode.
• Provide EDR escalation support for agents already installed

1. Assist and collaborate with the Information Security Group and coordinate with IT Infrastructure on the following:

• IT Threats and Vulnerabilities Assessments, Protection, and Remediation
• IT security patch management follow-up and reporting
• Firewall rule documentation, review, and approval
• Promote within IT Infrastructure the proper Security controls aligned with the IT Security Program
• Validate and maintain operational security documentation.

1. Continuously assess the current Security Posture and provide recommendations for remediation and prevention of security incidents.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions and technologies.
3. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging security threats to proactively address potential risks.
4. Assist in the deployment of new security systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity Engineering or Computer Sciences
• Strong professional experience in information security with a focus on security operations and technical support
• Strong Experience with Palo Alto and Crowdstrike platform
• Experience with VPN, SSL and other encryption technologies
• Good knowledge of server, workstation, and Active Directory technologies that impact security controls
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and common network services
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST 800 and PCI DSS.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description: The Admin and Operations Executive – Cleaning will play a vital role in supporting the Cleaning Manager in the administrative and operational aspects of our cleaning social enterprise. You will assist in coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the cleaning team.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Cleaning Manager, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing documentation.
2.
Operational Coordination: Assist in coordinating scheduling, manpower deployment, and resource allocation to optimize cleaning services delivery.
3.
Client Communication: Liaise with clients to gather requirements, address inquiries, and facilitate service arrangements in collaboration with Cleaning sales and marketing.
4.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cleaning activities, client interactions, and operational metrics for reporting and analysis purposes.
5.
Procurement and Inventory Control: Manage procurement processes, maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
6.
Training Support: Coordinate training sessions and workshops for the cleaning team, including scheduling, logistics arrangements, and participant communication.

Requirements:
1.
Previous experience in administrative support roles.
2.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
3.
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
4.
Able to work collaboratively with diverse teams, demonstrate initiative, and contribute to a positive work environment.
5.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is desirable.

Learning Scope:

Client Relations

• Take charge of handling tuition requests via Forms & WhatsApp
• Ask clients the right questions to gather information efficiently
• Address clients' queries and concerns that they might have
• Transfer clients' requirements into a concise job-post format
• Provide after-sales service to clients (and tutors)
• Monthly check-in on existing client base for any feedback, staying connected and maintaining good relations with them

Tutor Relations:

• Broadcasting assignments via automated outreach channels (Email, Telegram, etc.) to our database of 50,000+ tutors
• Apply filters (eg. Location, Tutor Type, Qualifications) to tag each assignment to the correct target audience
• Assist in profiling, and marketing tutors in a way which captures the client's attention based on their needs
• Assist tutors with technical issues & application processing
• Clarification of agency's commission & policies to tutors

Business to Business (B2B):

• Take charge of MindFlex's B2B arm and work with tuition centres, government agencies & educational institutes.
• Schedule interviews (phonecall, online, face-to-face) between tutors and organisations
• Manage confirmation contracts & invoices for clients

Internal Processes:

• Work with customised back-end software, specially designed to fulfill the company's business needs & improve efficiency
• Maintain cohesive inter-department and intra-department relations, ensure good customer handover between colleagues
• Take charge of designating clients to various teams (traffic control), depending on each team's existing workload
• Maintain an organised record of clients for different departments to contact and follow-up with in future

Business Development:

• Analyse company's past data and trends, to forecast peak periods and develop relevant plans
• Active participation in Business Development meetings to brainstorm for process streamlining and automation
• 1-to-1 & consultations with MindFlex's upper management on strategy building for the company's operations
• Brainstorm & develop new streams of revenue for the company with Business Development Manager
• Execute Business Development plans in a strategic manner
