Shift timings are

1. 4pm-1am

2. 12midnight-9am

3. Mon-Sun (including public holiday)

Job Description

1. This role works closely, in a 24/7 operations and coordinating fraud intelligence and taking swift actions

on accounts that had been or might be used for fraudulent activities

2. Assist with developing and implementing Fraud Risk Management Framework and all associated

policies and procedures (including risk metrics/ monitors) and ensure they are effectively embedded

3. Follow up and analyze abnormal transactions activity on customers' account.

4. Manage customer's expectation and explain to customer on suspected scam activities.

5. Coordinate and support detection, investigation and mitigation.

6. Understand when to escalate events and to whom

7. Be responsible for incident triage, response and escalation

8. Be responsible for both reactive and proactive security investigations

9. Assist in statistics collation on the various scams reported to the organisation to submit for

monthly management reporting and any others task and assignment by the line manager & management

10. Has strong analytical skill and well verse in Microsoft Office

11. Willingness to learn on the job

• Streamline processes to improve the section's productivity and efficiency.
• Serve as primary customer contact; manage negotiations, queries, and documentation.
• Conduct meetings with customers, including potential travel.
• Collaborate with QA, logistics, and partners for seamless sales operations.
• Track sales performance, forecast trends, and assist with budget preparation.
• Supervise daily sales tasks, mentor team members, and support procurement as needed.
• Adhere to EHS and QMS standards.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Job Description

• Position Title: Trade Operations Specialist/ Shipping Operations Specialist
• Working Location: Shenzhen, China
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to USD80,000 per annum
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Trade Operations Manager in implementing commodity trading contracts signed.
• Review and check contract clauses, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Formulate import Letter of Credit (LC) applications in accordance with the contracts.
• Liaise with commercial banks on the issuance of LCs.
• Ensure full compliance of LC documents with the terms and conditions of LCs.
• Review trading contracts and follow up on shipping logistics arrangements.
• Handle shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Mate's Receipts, and other required documentation.

• At least Diploma with minimum 3 years of related experience in Operations & Logistics, Import & Export Documentation and Shipping.
• Able to handle complex logistics arrangements (bulk shipments) and must have proven experience with bulk conventional vessels, specifically in handling fertilizer or other commodity bulk shipments.
• Prior experience in handling full shipping documents, including LC and Bill of Lading.
