Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Design and Facilities team to support concept design and construction of Food Services outlets, encompassing a diverse range of formats including food courts, coffee shops, hawker centers, restaurants, kiosks, and cafes.
• Lead the Operational Excellence team to establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), develop comprehensive career and training pathways for staff, deliver impactful training programs, and implement rigorous quality assurance systems and audits across all Food Services brands.

Requirements

Qualifications and Expertise

• This leadership position requires an individual with a proven track record of managing large-scale Food and Beverage (F&B) operations.
• Possess domain expertise in the design and construction of diverse F&B outlets, as well as the implementation of robust quality assurance and training systems within extensive, multi-brand F&B networks.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across brand and functional teams, both within Food Services and the broader Fairprice Group.
• Extensive experience in large-scale F&B operations, ideally encompassing a variety of formats such as food courts, coffee shops, restaurants, kiosks, and cafes.
• Strong familiarity with kitchen design, in-stall operational flow and ergonomics, and an understanding of M&E systems within an F&B environment.
• In-depth knowledge of workplace training and WSQ qualifications frameworks.
