Responsibilities:

1. Assist the team with HROP-related activities: Managing onboarding process/orientation, background verification, documentation, transfers, offboarding, leave management, etc.

6. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update databases, and assist with HR-related inquiries to keep operations running smoothly. Check out on Career-related programs / fundings / grants and identify various grants applicable to the company (Training to be provided)
7. Adhoc: Support media team on social media tasking and some admin duties.

Requirement – DC Operations

Shall provide Data Centre (DC) operations at the Customer’s premises and premises identified by the Customer. The DC Operations shall cover the following:

1. DC Environment Support; and

2. DC Facilities Management Services.

DC Environment Support

Shall monitor the facilities infrastructure in the DC to ensure that they are within the operating levels defined by the Customers. The infrastructure to be monitored shall minimally include:

(a) Power infrastructure (such as Uninterrupted Power Supply and power distribution boards);

(b) Cooling Infrastructure (such as computer room air-conditioning units);

(c) Fire detection and suppression systems (such as FM200, water sprinklers, fire extinguishers);

(d) Environment monitoring system (such as humidity and temperature); and

(e) Water leakage detection.

(f) Shall ensure the DC infrastructure is monitored on twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

(g) The Vendor shall inform the Customer within one (1) hour when problems are detected.

(h) Shall work with the Customer and Customer-appointed Supplier to resolve any infrastructure issues detected in accordance to the support hours as required by the Customer.

DC Facilities Management Services

(a) Shall ensure, through daily inspection, that the general cleanliness and tidiness of the data centre are maintained by the Customer-appointed Supplier.

(b) Shall work with Customer-appointed Supplier on site preparation tasks such as network cabling and electrical wiring, when required.

(c) Shall ensure the network cabling in the data centre and within the racks are neat and tidy.

(d) Shall work with the Customer-appointed Supplier for both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, servicing, repair and upgrading works to the infrastructure at the Customer’s premises and premises identified by the Customer.

(e) Shall plan and coordinate the maintenance activities. This includes polling the affected parties, obtaining the Customer’s approval, and sending out messages to inform the affected party.

(f) Shall obtain the Customer’s approval before finalizing the plan for any activity.

(g) Shall provide on-site support during the maintenance activities unless otherwise agreed by the Customer.

(h) Shall maintain up-to-date documentation of the data centre design layouts.

(i) Shall manage the physical security of the data centre in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Customer.

(j) Shall monitor the following physical security infrastructure to ensure they are within the operating levels defined by the Customer:

· Security Alarm and Security Card Access System; and

· Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV).

(k) Shall ensure that only authorised personnel are allowed to access the DCs.

· The Vendor shall ensure that all visitors to DCs are escorted during their activities on-site.

· The Vendor shall ensure that the visitors record their activities in the on-site log.

Requirement – DC Operations

Minimum Requirement:

The Vendor shall ensure, through daily inspection, that the general cleanliness and tidiness of the data centre are maintained by the Customer-appointed Supplier. The DC Operator shall possess minimally the following skill sets:

(a) Three (3) years of working experience in Data Centre Engineer Operations experience;

(b) Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Manager (CDFOM) or equivalent; and

(c) ITIL v4 Foundation Certification or equivalent

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Operations Support Specialist who is passionate about enhancing operational efficiency and making a positive impact on an emerging team. The ideal candidate has experience working across medium to large-sized teams with diverse stakeholders, excels in solving ambiguous challenges, and will come with some knowledge of APIs and SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Run daily standup meetings and monitor/manage daily customer support tickets for prioritization and triage.
• Update the status page for product issues when necessary.
• Support daily hand-over activities across different regions.
• Assist regional customers with seasonal campaigns.
• Follow internal processes to triage and support regional escalations.
• Coordinate and prepare content for regional monthly meetings.
• Notify customers about expiring API product versions.
• Track and report on operational performance and conduct ad-hoc data analyses.
• Identify and drive process improvements, contributing to operational excellence initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience providing operations support in a technical environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong empathy and understanding.
• Exceptional attention to detail, capable of executing standard workflows while adapting to evolving business needs.

This is a long-term contract role.

• Salary: $2, 500 - $3, 500
• Working Days: Mon - Friday, 8.30am – 5.15pm
• Location: Office - Kwong Min Road (Boon Lay) | Travel to site if required

Operational Support:

• Coordinate and prioritize team activities to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
• Optimize resource utilization including manpower, equipment, and energy to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on Preventive Maintenance completion, including details on equipment lifecycle, recommended parts replacement.
• Document any parts that were replaced during PM or on Ad-Hoc Basis
• Update the equipment list monthly during the execution of Preventive Maintenance activities
• Ensure that end-end process of procurement of require Parts for maintenance is ordered.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager in addressing key customer complaints and conducting satisfaction investigations to implement improvement plans.
• Conduct training sessions for technicians, customers, and dealers/distributors on the operation and maintenance of Commercial Kitchen Equipment.

Team Management:

• Assist in training technicians as necessary to meet workload demands and quality standards.
• Supervise and manage a team of service technicians and in-house subcontractors.

Contract Management:

• Support in managing contract commitment in terms of KPI (Critical Equipment Reliability; CM Completion Rate; PM Completion Rate, Emergency Response SLA; Hygiene Audit; Compliance to Fire Safety, WSH, GRA and Security Access Requirement; Service Quality Survey).

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

• Drive EH&S initiatives, promote EHS awareness, and monitor compliance within the team.

Performance Metrics:

• Collaborate with the Account Manager to track and improve KPIs such as productivity, field expenses, and Aftermarket Service Sales revenue/margins.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• With experience in a similar supervisory role within Aftermarket Service Industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central or similar tools.
• With understanding of EH&S standards and practices.
• With experience in conducting training sessions for technicians, customers, and dealers/distributors on Commercial Kitchen Equipment
