Job Summary
The Sales Operations Staff plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and seamless functioning of the online store. This includes processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and handling customer inquiries. The role requires a proactive individual with attention to detail and a strong customer support skills.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment
Performs credit checks to ensure customers does not have bad credit rating Process and verify customers’ orders promptly. Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery. Eg. Hardware delivery, installation of fibre broadband Monitor order statuses and resolve delays or issues.
Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone regarding orders, products, or general queries. Handle complaints and post sales enquiries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies, online shop’s guidelines, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
Skills and Competencies
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft excel, Microsoft word, Outlook. Need to learn how to use company’s internal systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
