We are seeking an Application Infrastructure Specialist with a knack for analyzing complex ICT challenges and proposing effective solutions, coupled with strong communication skills to seamlessly coordinate across teams. Responsibilities:

• Technical Project Oversight: Responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of ICT infrastructure projects from initiation through to implementation. Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ICT infrastructure operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and SQL Server clustering technologies. Experience with VMware virtualization suite, including vSAN, and capability to install, design, and support VMware infrastructure. Hands-on experience with enterprise backup solutions, responsible for strategy, performance tuning, and ensuring system RPO and RTO are met.
• Good to have proficiency in AWS and Azure cloud services, including IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS. Experience in deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud environments.
• Knowledge of system vulnerability management and CIS compliance standards. Ensure infrastructure meets security requirements and proactively manage vulnerabilities.
• Strong technical project oversight skills with experience managing ICT projects from initiation to completion. Ability to coordinate technical aspects effectively, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical requirements.

1. Assist Senior Coordinator to attend to enquiries pertaining to the maintenance operations.

2. Create work orders in Monday.com to be assigned to team members.

3. Liaise with internal and external operations staff to ensure daily tasks are carried out timely.

4. Conduct checks in Monday.com to ensure that all operations photos and reports are accurately uploaded and updated respectively.

5. Administrative duties related to the operations.

6. Assist in the procurement process for materials required by the operations.

7. Preparations of weekly, fortnightly and monthly performance reports for submission to client/s.

8. Attend operations meetings and taking notes.

9. Assist to prepare and conduct trainings for staff training programs.
