Reporting to Country Service Manager at Singapore office, this position is accountable for full frontend repair operation of management. Ensuring day to day repair operations are managed as per company policy and guideline/SOP.

Job Description

• ​​In-charge of end-to-end managing repair process from send in, repair, returning unit to End user​
• Maintaining meeting weekly CSC performance 10KPIs ​
• Prepare weekly KPI reporting including finding and action plan
• Weekly reviewing ASP/RC on the performance/Handle all escalation
• ASP management

The Business Development & Operations Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and new client acquisition, while simultaneously ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a combination of sales and business acumen with a good understanding of logistics operations, process optimization, and logistics software solution.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, self-starter with experience in both business development and operations management within the software and transport logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics software solutions, and automation.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Lead Generation & Networking: Generate leads through industry networking, conferences, and partnerships, targeting large enterprises and logistics companies in need of software-driven solutions.
• Market Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging opportunities within the logistics software markets.
• Sales Presentations & Proposals: Lead the development of compelling sales proposals and presentations, tailored to customer needs, demonstrating the value of our software.

Operations Management:

• Supply Chain Coordination: Work with logistics teams to ensure the efficient movement of goods across the supply chain, from warehousing and inventory management to transportation and delivery.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, logistics partners, and service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development and/or operations management, preferably within the software, transport logistics, or supply chain sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct construction projects for piling works and structural steelwork
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and attend site meetings
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
• Adhere to Company Safety Standards
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress daily.
• Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Obtain permits and licenses
• Analyse, manage, and mitigate risks
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.

Requirements and skills

• Minimum 5 Years of experience in Construction Industry (Piling Works and/or Structural Steelwork)
• Understanding all facets of the construction process
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Possess Singapore Class 3 Licence
