Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
• Interfaces with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of product improvements and/or new products. Launches, releases, approves and implements or issues engineering change requests as required to support design engineering and Operations with new and existing products.
• Estimates manufacturing costs, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements. Uses DFx principles to reduce manufacturing and/or product costs, and improve delivered product quality.
• Develops and uses test procedures, including assisting with the definition of test specifications with design / software engineering. May work with test engineering on the design and development of text fixtures. May assist in the coordination of test fixture sourcing activities.
• Gathers operational and test data and evaluates results; may takes corrective/continuous improvement actions.
• Evaluates work methods, procedures and policies. Participates in the development and maintenance of new and existing business processes; updates as necessary to ensure current practices are documented.
• Determines root cause and corrective action analysis for issues that arise during assembly and/or test of systems; provides failure analysis report as required.
• Performs Process Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis when working with New Product Development.

Key Responsibilities

Leads the Industrial Engineering Team. Oversees methods and analysis including process design, time and motion study, and leads continual improvement initiatives.

Ensures projects and programs within areas of responsibility are completed and implementation into business with quality tools, supporting processes and ongoing measures for success. Includes improved efficiency and cost savings. Works across organizations to provide business case for Plan of Record and IE projects. Ensures manufacturing rearrangement projects, plant layouts, material flow and warehousing designs are optimized for cost, capability and capacity. Leads manufacturing and warehouse rearrangement projects across multiple functions; coordinates the efforts of other IE's to achieve plan of record objectives.

Drives the strategic implementation of product introductions into volume manufacturing by developing factory space, capacity and capability solutions. Develops the New products factory capability roadmap for assigned work centers.

Drives the development of specialized tooling solutions for the assembly, integration and intra-plant transport of modules, assemblies and mainframes.

SUMMARY

Reporting to the VP of Global SOC Operations, the Sr Manager of APAC SOC Operations is a role with responsibility to lead a team of compromised of SOC and Threat Intelligence staff. JOB PURPOSE

Assist the Operation Manager and Administrative and Operation Executive in managing school’s operations relating to school safety, security, cleanliness, logistics and vendor management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Operation Manager in handling:

Estate and Facilities Management

• Liaising with contractors on estate maintenance work, improvement work and cleanliness of the school
• Adherence to Greengov.sg, APSN Safety, Health and Environment Audit, etc requirements.
• Logistical needs for school operations and events.

Maintaining security and safety of the school premises and property

• Locking and unlocking of classrooms/special rooms
• Arming and disarming of school

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent
• 1-3 years working experience preferrably in operations or logistics role.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Words)
• Computer literacy
• Have exposure in area of emergency responses and security management

1. Must qualify for mandatory documentations to work in Changi Airport (i.e. Airport Pass administered by Airport Police)

• Attend to POD requested by overseas and local customers

• Respond query from the Singapore Customs, e.g., Compound, Z02, refund etc

• Prepare and issue invoices and billings to close the jobs
