Responsibility:

• Being First Tier IT support for Singapore and Malaysia, and as a backup to other members globally
• Daily helpdesk on call for all pc problem of hardware & software.
• Daily maintenance of IT devices according to department head directives, manage implementation of projects, time and communications
• First contact point for consulting and support of all IT-topics
• Procurement, configuration and administration of hardware and software
• Training and knowledge transfer of IT topics for employees (and external customers)

Requirement:

• Diploma holder in Information Technology; or equivalent
• Knowledge for Citrix, Lotus Notes, M365, Cisco Routers, Switches, Microsoft suite of softwares
• More than 2 years IT experience preferred.
